La nostra storia inizia nel 1981 quando dalla pluriennale esperienza dei quattro soci fondatori viene avviata l’officina per la costruzione di stampi per materie plastiche. Ogni scelta da allora ha avuto l'anima tecnologica e lo sguardo verso il futuro.

ORCHESTRATING SKILLS AND WELL-BEING FOR VENETO'S INDUSTRY
TecnoWerk Plast S.r.l. is participating in the "Officine di Parità" project, which aims to develop skills and raise awareness of organisational well-being and gender equality, supporting the evolution of working models in line with the current challenges facing the industrial sector.
The activities planned for the company are:
- Coach4Equality - Inclusive Development Programme - Individual Coaching - 8 hours (3 editions)
- Effective Communication & Gender-Inclusive Language - 8 hours (3 editions)
- Leadership 4.0: Motivational and Gender-Equitable Leadership - 8 hours
The initiative is supported by funding from the European Union, in collaboration with Ecoricerche Sicurezza Srl and Fabbrica Alta Formazione Srl, under Regional Government Resolution (DGR) No. 588 of 29 May 2025, "50&50 - Women and Men Towards a Future of Equality" (Direzione Lavoro).
It is part of a series of initiatives aimed at promoting equal opportunities and gender equality in the Veneto region.
